We got here by staying curious longer than was comfortable. Why does an independent practice pay more than a hospital for the same box of gloves? Why is a group measured on costs it was never shown? Why does a good introduction so often never turn into anything? Every answer we got described how things are. None of them was a reason they had to stay that way.

One Harbor Alliance is a Delaware LLC based in Palm Beach County, Florida. It has two divisions, One Harbor Purchasing and One Harbor Performance.

One Harbor Purchasing covers contracts, supply chain, and cost. One Harbor Performance covers the clinical bench. Members reach both through a single membership agreement.
