A safe harbor for value-based care.
A group purchasing organization built for value-based care. One Harbor contracts on behalf of ACOs, MSOs, CINs, FQHCs, and independent physician practices.
Cost out of the supply chain. Performance out of the clinical bench.
WHAT A GPO ACTUALLY DOES
You join a national pool. You also get one of your own.
A group purchasing organization negotiates prices on behalf of many buyers at once. Instead of your practice arguing over the cost of gloves, sutures, and vaccines by itself, thousands of buyers are already standing behind that contract and you buy at the price they earned. Nothing changes about who you order from or how the boxes arrive. The price changes.
Here is where most programs stop. They price you on what you own. The independent practices in your network, the ones you are accountable for but do not own, get treated as strangers and pay like strangers.
One Harbor brings the whole network in under one agreement, owned or not. Your independent practices reach national contract pricing right away. And because they are finally counted as one buyer instead of forty, the network carries weight of its own, which becomes a second place to negotiate from.
Participation is voluntary at every level. Joining costs nothing. No practice is required to take part because its parent organization joined, and any practice or organization may withdraw on notice, without penalty, on the terms set out in its agreement.

One Harbor Purchasing
Contracts, supply chain, and cost.
- national contract access
- supply chain and distribution pricing
- vaccines and biologics
One Harbor Performance
The clinical bench.
- vendors contracted directly
- selected for how they perform under risk
- organized by what they fix

A practice does not have to build its own supply chain. It can come into the harbor and be resupplied.
How it works
1
Sign once
You sign one membership agreement, and there is no cost to participate.
2
Buy what you already buy, for less
Contract access turns on and your existing supply spend moves onto pre-negotiated national pricing.
3
Look at what you are actually measured on
We work through the quality measures, cost drivers, and care gaps that your contract pays on.
4
Put the bench to work
We bring in the vendors that fit those numbers, and we stay involved until they are running, not until they are introduced.
- ACOs.
- MSOs.
- CINs.
- FQHCs.
- Independent physician practices.
Every organization in a value-based contract is asked to spend less and perform better at the same time. Almost nobody is set up to help with both.
